Recognizing the 'administration of service' for Maharishi's worldwide programmes: Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, 10th anniversary address

On 12 October 2010 in the Golden Dome at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa, USA, Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam continued his address on the tenth anniversary of the ceremonies that began 12 October 2000, establishing him as First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace.

Maharaja continued to describe the unprecedented achievement of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, in bringing to the world the total knowledge of Natural Law, in a form that has been thoroughly researched, scientifically verified, and completely understood in all its theoretical and practical considerations.

'Before Maharishi gave this knowledge to the world', Maharaja continued, 'the term Absolute was a theoretical understanding.' The terms pure consciousness, wholeness, 'were still in the realm of mysticism, and wishful thinking and philosophy, and faith alone. Now Absolute is understood and experienced as being one's own Self. Pure Being, . . . wholeness, Totality, infinity is something that in this Dome is the day-to-day conversation and the day-to-day obvious experience and knowledge.*

'This knowledge, when Maharishi had completed it, explained it, packaged, it, and given it in its perfection to the world, had to be administered,' Maharaja went on to say; and Maharishi created this administration 'to help maintain and continue his already-achieved goal of creating Heaven on Earth. It's achieved in its principles, it's achieved in its aspects of human understanding, scientific understanding, technology, and all possible angles that can be asked about it.'

Based on that achievement, Maharishi bestowed upon the great leaders of his worldwide organizations this great task and responsibility—to Prime Minister Dr Bevan Morris, great responsibilities of organization for the whole world; and to all the Ministers, scientists, and Administrators of the Global Country and its ladies' wing, the Global Mother Divine Organization**—'these great glorious responsibilities. Because this knowledge which is so unique, so complete, so precious, had to be put in the hands of able people who would maintain the purity of this teaching.

'Today we are celebrating them all, thanking them and acknowledging them. And acknowledging every individual who is truly, in his daily performance, creating the effect*** that these administrators are simply helping to organize. Ultimately, you are the administrators of the universe. And we are here to help arrange for you the conditions, the circumstances, the Domes', etc.

'It's important in any organization to have structure and order,' Maharaja said, recognizing the value of the administrative structures and authority that ensure the smooth and successful functioning of Maharishi's programmes and institutions, and of these coherence-creating groups.

'So that administration is an administration of service. The true administrators', he said, are the large groups of experts practising Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and the advanced Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including the Maharishi Purusha Programme and the Mother Divine Programme, and participants in the Domes at MUM, and around the world. 'These are the true administrators of the universe.'
